Pros

I’ve enjoyed my time at Corpay. I think there are a lot of great people that work here. Benefits and work/life balance has even good and have always felt respected.

Cons

Leadership could use more vision. It’s more “here’s our goals” but no strategy to reach them really.

Pros

I enjoyed my time there. The leadership clearly cares about the employees. It was a really good environment where everyone was treated with respect. Hitting your goals wasn't easy, but it was attainable without being stressful.

Cons

My supervisor insisted on 30 minute lunch breaks for their team. If you weren't able to pack a lunch getting food in such a high traffic area can be tight.

Things including pay are always changing, youre slowly being required to do more while getting paid less
