Cons

Bad management, they micromanage good employees. Upper management does not care about the well being of their employees. New management has run off experienced and tenured employees.

Pros

The work is definitely challenging and can push you to grow your resume.

Cons

Constant change in direction. They do not promote from within only bringing in outside talent with constant org changes and lack of communication and direction. Not a lot of loyalty to existing employees and management does not care to listen to suggestions.
