The work environment is fast paced and can feel like a lot at times but to be honest thats when I do my best work. It also has helped me to really develop my skills over the last few years. Great exposure to a large mix of industries, nice culture, friendly colleagues are just a few of the benefits I have found working here. The work life balance can highly depend on which position you work in. In my opinion it is not that bad but I came in understanding there would be travel.

The people I have worked with have always been super supportive of my goals and helped me become the best consultant I could. I had no real sales experience prior to joining the company and this is an area where I really thrived under the mentor I had here. I feel like as long as you are willing to be the time and effort in there is no reason you can't be successful.

certain times of the year can be much much busier than others. This was my hardest hurdle for the first 18 months. People are less willing to help if they are themselves under a time crunch
