      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow if you are willing to learn technologies. You will get good guidance related to technical stuff. Good company to start your career. Work life balance is good. Decent culture at workplace. If you are assigned under a good manager, technically you will grow really well.

      Cons

      Pay is not good, very average. One person looks after everything and mostly unavailable. Micro management at every level. No vertical growth, at least not on paper. Managers don't trust employees. No HR department.
