      Pros

      Its been almost 8 months that I am connected with this organization.Everyone that I am connected to in this organization are very helpful and reachable at any point in time.I am happy to work with the CR Group team and feel motivated.

      Cons

      Nobody is 100% perfect..So when an organization is growing,there is a possibility of improving and as we are humans we learn from our mistakes and move towards the betterment.

      Friendly enivironment, not much pressure on delivery, time to learn on you own.

      Pay is low, very low, not very much challenging projects.
