There's zero onboarding. No one even introduces you to the clients you're interacting with. Thrown to the wolves, trying to tread water, whatever analogy you need to understand- it's a disaster. They've had 15 people work on e-commerce projects for 6 months that have no signed contract and eventually collapse in on themselves.
