Cons

- Unstructured - Hard to predict directions - No amount of work was enough to get actual recognition - Top Heavy - Jumbled teams too often causing job insecurities - Couldn't commit to a project fully, never investing on their cash cows - Wasted potential, they have a potentially good business but suck at implementing their ideas - No actual career ladder - Military sellouts

Pros

When I first joined Correlation One, I was impressed by the clarity of the company's mission and the energy of the team. There was a strong sense of purpose, and leadership appeared aligned and confident in the direction we were heading.

Cons

However, that initial impression changed abruptly. The company experienced repeated rounds of layoffs... almost every quarter, which were often explained with the same reasons and vaguely. These decisions revealed a growing disconnect between leadership and the product vision. This lack of alignment created an environment of uncertainty, making it difficult to feel secure or focused in our roles. The situation became increasingly discouraging. With every new quarter came major shifts in leadership and management, eroding team morale and trust. The constant restructuring led to instability, poor strategic continuity, and a culture where many expected to be let go at any time. Ultimately, the experience at Correlation One was marked by significant volatility, which overshadowed the promising foundation it once had.
