Pros
It's been incredible to watch the positive transformation of a company that provides such a great product. Seeing this change first from the customer seat to the employee seat has been fantastic. The new direction and attitude of optimism from the top down is fueling new successes every day. Innovation and work ethic are consistently rewarded in a way I've not seen in my career. Every day is better than the last and I'm excited to come to work.
Cons
Location. it would be great if the office was closer to the downtown core and perhaps had a more 'updated' physical work environment.
