Pros

Lots of smart, hard-working people. Strong parental leave policy - although a bit haphazard in implementation.

Cons

They've had repeated reorganization and focus changes with the associated layoffs - as well as straining customer relationships. It's hard to work with customers and tell them they won't get the feature they wanted because VCs think another thing is flashier.
