Pros

- Opportunites to learn new platforms where you can launch PPC campaigns - You set the direction of the customer’s project on a daily basis - Salary range and reviewed once per year

Cons

No team to work with, even when the work load is too much for just one person alone. You are on your own each and every single day. I kept asking my manager if my office colleagues could help, but to no avail. My manager made it very clear that he was the one that managed my work load, and I had to cope with it since asking for help of my colleagues was a no go. Of course, he wouldn’t help. At the end I was always alone managing the demands of the client and the campaigns. He only showed from time to time to make sure he was the boss, demanding things he had no idea how they work because he was far away from daily tasks. I was also denied the possibility to talk directly to my manager’s direct boss, since apparently I had to convey to the hierarchy, so I was unable to speak to anyone about my situation having to face everything alone. Another horrible thing is how everything is handled over. There were literally no customer handovers. One morning you would be assigned a new customer and you didn’t even know what it’s main activity was. You had to discovery EVERYTHING by yourself: the setting of the campaigns, their goals, what they needed, how they work, if there were any weekly reports, etc. Of course, you will also be alone for learning. You had to figure everything by yourself, even if you didn’t have the slightless idea. For example, launching programmatic campaigns for a very important customer despite having literally no idea of how they work. Last, but not least, how the information is handed. When doing the selection process nobody on the whole company told me that the customer I was supposed to be working for was under a RFI. I was only told that when I was signing the contract. Later on, working directly on the customer office I discovered how bad the situation was, and how they surely, as later happened, they would lose the client. My advice is that you avoid this place. They simply cannot be trusted.

Pros

You will think you’re part of a vibrant, growing company. It’s a Ponzi scheme.

Cons

Serious nepotism and lack of empathy for employees, make money / who cares about clients’ long term needs.
