I would not recommend joining this company. The work culture is highly unprofessional, and several employees display disrespectful and abusive behavior. There appears to be a lack of basic workplace ethics, accountability, and mutual respect among team members. As a woman, I did not feel comfortable and safe in the work environment. The company seems to lack adequate measures to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace, which can negatively impact employee well-being and productivity. Management should take workplace conduct more seriously and establish clear policies to address inappropriate behavior. Until significant improvements are made to the culture and employee conduct, I would advise potential candidates to carefully consider other opportunities.
