      Steep learning curve. Consumer departments have a better established process and structure in place, hence workload is better than the business units. Performing employees get to expand their portfolio.

      Cons

      Startup woes include too much work, mediocre salary, ever-changing business direction. Not enough autonomy for individuals for a company this size.
