Company has a good learning program. When just employed you will get a full learning program and will be working together with seniors to learn on the job. This feels sometimes like a steep learning curve but they will never let you fall down to the ground. Company culture is open so a lot of possibilities to come up with new ideas and asking questions.There is a mentoring program in place to guide you thru your career. And the MT is open for all kind of suggestion and is easy
A lot of opportunities to work for big multinationals and to work international. The company works with Competence centers witch lead to self steering teams. This creates freedom to operate and to come u with the good ideas for improvement or new business opportunities. There is a nice reward program for people that deliver outstanding work. Cost Engineering has also a nice social program, Build a playing room in the office (Darts, table football,etc). has nice social events like BBQ events after work, Xmas party, new years dinner, etc.
Cons
Due to the type of work it can feel that you are sometimes overloaded with work. Deadlines of clients, last minute changes from the clients that generate extra work. but remember that you work in a team that this is the nature of the work but as you are always working in a team it is a team effort and people are willing to help. No one is letting you drown in your work, if you tell people.
