Pros
Work as a team with good people, high quality food and drink so rare to receive complaints from customers, tips are good in comparison to other companies. Also rare to have issues with customers in my experience.
Cons
Long hours over busy periods with limited staff, rare to get a break or food and often scrutinised over small mistakes rather than praised for hard work.
