Pros
beautiful campus with lounge areas and outdoor seating, covered parking and friendly staff. food trucks set up outside and chain restaurants inside, lots of staff building opportunities and employee resource groups. I'm (still) thrilled to be here, hired Aug 2017!
Cons
Silo-ed teams, difficult to understand who does what unless you ask everyone a few times. some redundancies in process due to this which can be viewed as opportunities for improvement if the proper people focus and embrace change.
