Pros
If you apply yourself the company will go above and beyond to retain you as an employee and provide you with ample reason to stay. The company provides fair evaluations and support including tuition reimbursement, 401k match and decent yearly merit raises.
Cons
It is very difficult to move up the ladder depending on your department. There is a "good ole boys" club and it can be good or bad depending on your reputation. The company does not have a management training program and consistantly changes on their "perks" including 401k matches (they have changed the matching policy twice this year, thankfully the last time for the better). Lastly the work environment leaves something to be desired (very small cubicles depending on your department).
