Pros

Unlimited PTO for senior personnel. And..that’s about it.

Cons

It’s very clear through the handling of this pandemic that the CEO and Chief HR Officer have little compassion or regard for the safety and health of their employees. Aside from little to no communication in the beginning of this, they waited until the absolute last minute to have their employees work from home, and then just reversed course and are now asking their employees to come back into the office after “confusion” resulting from the County. This is laughable and a clear sign of toxic leadership. Other examples of toxic culture and leadership: - have a no work from home policy for all the employees besides themselves. The CIO has worked remotely from the UK on several occasions, but nobody is allowed to work from home..except the CIO. Why have a policy that you can’t and won’t consistently enforce across the board? - have HR and other “leaders” walk around and check to see if people are at their desks working? Huh??!! Employees need to be policed?! - keep “favorites” around with an empty VP title, no direct reports but have a policy that VPs have a minimum number of direct reports. Again..huh?! - build a glass wall between the innovation labs and the rest of IT..feed the innovation labs breakfast every day, and then buy crappy bagels every Friday every week. Who thought about the optics of how this decision would go over to the “have nots”? Clearly, leadership is tone deaf.

Pros

Flexible schedule is really the only positive I have. I worked there almost 10 years.

Cons

Constantly laying people off and switch contractors around. Not a big deal unless you team is admin for 7+ buisness units at once, they fire off the contractors you have spent training. They fires that team and told them tp train their replacements.
