      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working here. Was a good and positive atmosphere. For a family owned business, I appreciated their care and concern for employees outside of the family as well. Great supportive co-workers who cared for you to succeed.

      Cons

      Not a ton of room for growth.

      Pros

      So many great people. Leadership is accessible. Contributions are appreciated. Everyone pulls their weight. Expectations are clear. If you love the products, the perks are incredible. Company culture is good and keeps improving.

      Cons

      Fact-paced in an understatement. Change is constant. If you can deal with that with a positive attitude, you'll be fine. Benefits are expensive.
