Pros

Hands on training developing a dozen different skillsets that can be used in other careers, but which are also vital in everyday life. Incredibly supportive environment. Lots of fun. Lots of opportunity. The best management I've ever had. Great potential for a great income. Truly one of the best places I've ever seen.

Cons

It can require a lot of focus and can be demanding (yet simultaneously a blast). The job builds mental and emotional resiliency, but it also requires a baseline level too.

Pros

I have worked on the sales team and now on the administrative team here and I have nothing but good things to say. The owner is amazing. She truly cares for all of her employees. You have the opportunity to travel build teams and make good money.

Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say. Good people and good pay.

Pros

Nice owner but she has drank the koolaid far too long

Cons

This charity scam runs under Ascenta, formerly AppCo, a devil corps at preys on generous and ambitious people. They pay nothing and will take your 'bonuses' once you inevitably get pushed out after two weeks. Very high turnover. Strange sales tactics. Horribly long hours. Bizarre toxic positivity. You never know your coworkers long because of the high turnover. I cannot stress how dangerous this pyramid scheme is. Please do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time. They pay a base of $40 a day but it is not liveable obviously, and if you don't make sales, you're gone.

Good morning. Thank you for taking the time to review. However, this is made of false and inflammatory information. I am the sole owner of my company and am not tied to or work under any other companies. I also hire and pay on a w2 basis, so nobody is hired as a contractor, as you state. MLMs are not legal business models with W2 employment. Everybody is an employee with signed payment contracts, so I am legally bound to pay exactly what is agreed upon and often pay additional, ongoing bonuses. I run my company on a basis of integrity, compassion, and transparency. I would love to have a conversation directly with you to address your concerns. I take pride that I have staff with me for years, earning great incomes and experiencing great career growth and personal achievements. Please consider removing your review, as it attacks an independent business owner in a slanderous and untrue manner.
