Pros
The team are friendly, you can work from home.
Cons
My time at Counterweight had its share of tough moments. The Senior Management Team seemed lost without a clear strategy or any transparency. Opportunities for personal growth were pretty much non-existent, and the job didn't match up with what they promised in the contracts. Things got worse when it came to serious stuff like discrimination. I filed two formal grievances, but it felt like they just swept them under the rug and didn't take them seriously. On top of that, when the company hit some bumps, the management didn't level with the team. It made the whole place feel kinda toxic. In a nutshell, Counterweight wasn't the workplace I hoped for. It's got some serious issues with how it's run and the way they handle problems. Just giving you a heads up if you're thinking about joining.
