Business Outlook
Pros
Started as a teller and worked my way up. Staff is great at the lower levels. Benefits are good. Pay is better at other FI's but CB has a lot of updated technologies that smaller local banks are not outfitted with yet. Great place to start.
Cons
Upper management sees staff as a pawn for the overall plan rather than a person, be wary as you climb the corporate latter. Great place to learn a lot, then move on for better pay at another location. (Pay is low)
