      Constant change of managers, meaning the new ones are scared to stand up to the whims of the directors. Promised benefits and support are not consistent Staff not encouraged to use the pub they work in

      - an amazing team, especially with regards to management - excellent training so perfect for individuals just beginning their professional careers - you can be part of an exciting up and coming restaurant - above average pay when compared with competitors

      - late days on occasion but not often
