Pros
Lots to do as an engineer. Team is always open to new frameworks or changes to existing code base, big or small. Great place to express new tech/ideas as well as learn tons of new stuff. Engineering team is very efficient and friendly as well. Working culture is pretty relaxed and flexible. Work however you work best pretty much. But make sure to get stuff done though. Every department in the company is very transparent with each other in regards to what is going on. Can easily learn and stay in touch with everything going on with the company. Like the transparency very much.
Cons
Lots to do and not enough man power (yet). There wont be anyone to constantly watch over in times of difficulty so might get a little rough but at the same time learn a ton.
