      Learn a lot about Acts and regulations, nice colleagues, good working space with ergonomic appliances, work is interesting and can meet a lot of different people from judges to lawyers

      Cons

      high volume of work, work speed culture is slow, management is terrible and doesn't care about you, proposals and suggestions made by employees often get rejected. not a lot of room to climb unless you switch organizations

      Great experience, it is invaluable to see the decision making process from the other side. Opens a lot of doors

      Cons

      Low pay, $400~ a month goes to a pension they dont tell you about until you start. You can't opt out either. You are truly here for the experience
