Cons
1. Company policies - a. They vary from employee to employee as per the immediate benefits founder sees. b. You may see a good CTC but then they deduct Gratuity and Health Insurance from your own salary and hence, freshers are mostly hired as they can be easily fooled with such flawed policies and extra working hours can be extracted from them. 2. Work - a. CTO gives a very false image of how startups work. Freshers might get scared of startups after working here. b. Cutting-edge technologies are used but are not properly explored as no good amount of time is given. c. Huge politics in a small team for personal benefits by few employees. 3. CTO - a. Judges people on their habits which are not related to work b. Judges on shallow factors like the number of commits by someone c. No deep knowledge of stuff he works on d. Can blame the employee for his client-facing wrongdoings e. Shows that he cares a lot but it's not even 1% true
