Colleagues here are generally pleasant, friendly, and sociable. While I am not in a position to comment on all Partners, the Partner I report to is understanding and patient.

The HR department, however, presents a more nuanced experience. While interactions are outwardly friendly and approachable, there are occasions where internal discussions relating to staff matters appear to be shared more informally than expected, which may not always contribute to a fully constructive or transparent working environment. There are also instances where references to connections with senior management arise in conversation, which may give rise to perceptions of uneven dynamics within the organisation. The company also promotes a flexible working culture. However, in practice, there appear to be constraints or expectations associated with exercising this flexibility, which may not always align fully with how such policies are initially presented.

Good environment and good people to work with.
