Pros

I can only speak on the SF office sales experience. Culture is great People are better Fun place to work Great place to learn the hustle of sales Leadership is full of smart, dedicated people: Karn, Natalie, Ben, Dave, Tyler, all leaders that I respect a lot. The rest of the leadership was in Toronto, so I cannot comment on them.

Cons

Startup life means processes change basically every two weeks, which can be aggravating. One positive thing about this is that you can claim that you work in a constantly evolving startup environment when interviewing for your next role. Lack of opportunities for advancement. There is a major disconnect between SF and Toronto offices and the work ethic expected.

Great coworkers, solid job to start your career in sales, tough gig that will help you build your sales chops

Cons

Micromanagement from leadership and management, little to no guidance on growth opportunities, bullying sales reps to get more out of them.
