      Extremely flexible, honest and transparent management, open culture, 12 days PTO right out the gate, good base salary, the COO and CEO will respond to messages.

      Cons

      Personal Lines is still getting going. Working frustrating internet leads, not making making a lot of commission at this point in time.

      Endless opportunities and training for growth. Great people within company. Supportive management. Very good benefits

      Very fast paced. Not necessarily a bad thing but it can be if it is not what you are used to.
