      Pros

      The employees really care and for the most part help each other out. It is a large company so there is room for growth and new opportunities. I do think some of the management team cares about their employees, but it's not enough to make up for the lack of consideration from upper management.

      Cons

      The pay tends to be on the lower side and all the staff is constantly overworked. There is always a promise for some relief but nothing ever comes.

      Pros

      Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
