      Pros

      Great benefits, compensation and company culture. Management from top to bottom is approachable and open to growth and new ideas. They respect their employees and are constantly concerned about their happiness and welfare. You get the sense of being an important part of one big family. The co-workers are hard working but also fun loving. Highly involved in stress relieving group activities

      Cons

      Substantial workload and fast paced everchanging work environment which can get very stressful sometimes but rewarding as well.

      Pros

      Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
