      Pros

      Woman-Led (no old Boys club here) so female employees feel as though there is room for advancement. Great building with Cafeteria Growth and change are not feared

      Cons

      New employees brought in making more than existing regularly, punishment for staying too long is that your new coworker probably makes a lot more than you.

      Pros

      Decent starting place in the industry. If you have an interest in something specific most managers will encourage you to progress and learn. Very good training program. Friendly peers.

      Cons

      Low pay for industry standard. Out of touch executive leadership. Abysmal behavior from human resources. Lack of diversity. Expensive benefits despite being a facilitator of group health insurance benefits. Nepotism in the workplace.
