      Pros

      - good traffic at the auto mall - audi is a good brand - there are some great people who work there.

      Cons

      - Owners are completely disconnected - You are belittled at any opportunity Sr Management has the opportunity to do so - Leadership does not lead by example. Can barley find a manager to support. Always in meetings - NO opportunity for growth - There is NO teamwork or culture in this company

      when I was at Cowell Auto group, I feel they do care about their employees. wage is good and matching RRSP etc, which is not common in automotive industry.

      Go auto bought out. so No more Cowell auto group
