Pros
Great location, good tips, solid wages and hours, chances to move up if you work hard, expect to work early and late with little in between shifts
Cons
Upper management has it's nose in everything past the point of being beneficial, having to work weekends, holidays as well as late nights and early mornings may turn some off.
