      Pros

      Solving childcare is a gap in modern society that demands talent, and Cozykin is successful in building incredible teams with talent and collaboration. They care for one another and care for young families (inside and outside the company). Over time, work and daily interactions show to be very positive - even on tougher challenges: everyone celebrates each other's resilience, small and large wins, and makes solutions repeatable. There is no status-quo, fresh thinking is encouraged, and tactical items are as important as strategic ones, no matter the efforts of day-to-day operational problem-solving.

      Cons

      This is a startup, so the benefits package is not what you will find at other companies. Everyone is working hard to get the company where it can raise benefits to above average.

      Pros

      I’ve been with codes again for less than a year but in the short amount of time that I’ve been with them I’ve seen nothing but greatness. You get paid every Friday. You are able to work independently but have the chance to go to playgroup and create play dates with other nanny’s/children. You have the support from HQ which is great. As long as you have open communication with everyone this is a breeze. Easily the best job I’ve ever had in my personal caregiving experience.

      Cons

      I haven’t really found a con during my time. Sometimes it can be tricky to figure out who to reach out to with certain subjects but even then you can be redirected to the right person.
