Pros
The owners are really great people to work for and the regulars and staff have become like family. I highly recommend joining this family of amazing people if you have the chance. The owners do not micromanage at all which is one of my favorite things about working here. They are also extremely approachable and you can tell they really care about their employees.
Cons
It's not always the busiest place, but you will make excellent percentages on your sales. There is virtually no room for advancement or to ever get more shifts then you are originally hired for. The more lucrative night shifts are on total lockdown to the senior staff that has been there close to a decade. You can pick up extra shifts when people are sick or on vacation, but that's about it.
