Pros

You can dressed in smart casual. Chillax Cosy Small Office Environment

Cons

No time to eat lunch, usually we will just dabao and eat in front of our laptops. Walking overtime is a norm as the workload is crazy. Pay is lower than market rate which doesn't justify the amount of work required.

Pros

Very hands-on experience. You actually run real campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, not just assist. The learning curve is steep, and honestly it made me feel like my past experience elsewhere was quite basic in comparison. You get exposed to real budgets, real clients, and real pressure, which helps you grow fast if you can keep up.

Cons

Quite fast paced, time passes very fast because there’s always something to do. You’re constantly switching between tasks and campaigns, so it can feel overwhelming at times. Not a place to chill, you need to stay on your toes.

Pros

Working here is a fast track to burnout.

Cons

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. The management here is fundamentally broken. Employees are expected to stay until midnight due to poor planning and a total inability to delegate or prioritize tasks. To leadership, "everything is urgent" which actually means nothing is. Supervisors are too "busy" to provide necessary approvals but expect staff to wait indefinitely for them. This is not a place for growth - it is a place for a mental health crisis.
