Pros
- Understanding of work-life balance especially if you have a family - Competent, reasonable, and kind coworkers => outstanding work culture - Low churn and many reasons to stay. If you plan to work at one company for a long time, this might be for you - Fully remote, flexible vacation policy and doing great with it - A successful business that seems to grow (often 2x) every year
Cons
- Some employees/departments are stretched thin because we can't hire fast enough (being addressed) - You have to be proactive about your own career growth because your manager probably won't create the path for you - Parent company leadership at Angi has made mistakes that affect our company, but it seems to be getting better - Compensation is somewhere between avg and above avg, but certainly not at the level of larger companies. However, other benefits offered here can definitely make up for it
