Pros

To be fair, If I could give a 2.5 - 2.7, I would. There are good people in this office, which work hard and help when they can. Well compensated They have an online training center called the pinnacle and some training through paylocity which is very helpful, definitely for anyone new in their career. There will be opportunities to get exposure to design and Civil engineering or whatever career you're in. Your experience will depend on what team you are in, whether your personality fits well within the office, and your drive with professionalism. There are some nice benefits as well, such as the insurance package and the wellness program.

Cons

Lack of clarity! Communication could have been a lot better! Could use more structure! There were times when I needed guidance and it was like pulling teeth to get it. I was willing to deal with all of this, but the last straw was when I became negative in my PTO, mostly because of back issues (bulging disk with signs of arthritis. My back went out on me one morning and I took off for two days, (alerted my team what the issue was and when I came back, I was met with a "write up" that I refused to sign. Note: I found a chiropractor, Physical therapist, mobility coach and working with the pain management team, to be healthy for myself and the team. Just for some context I later tried to reset the tone and come to a middle ground, but we weren't able to come to an agreement. So, if I lose the support of my mentor and leader then I shouldn't be there. Your experience might be different, or it might be the same, it depends.

Pros

* Care about family as long as they care about you. * Flexible work schedule. * Good raises! * Good benefits.

Cons

* Good 'ol boys Network (if you aren't a part, you're apart!) * Local exec team will not tolerate discussion of Conway matters to HQ in Rogers, AR. HR reports back to Conway issues discussed and Conway finds a way to "lose" that individual. * Pay is low compared to same titles at other companies locally. * Co-workers are cutthroat... Not there for work, but for gossip and good ol' boys club plays poker all day!
