Business Outlook
Pros
This company has a 17 year average tenure for a reason, it really feels like a family. The management really cares for the employees and trusts them to do their jobs. You will not be micromanaged or scrutinized as long as you preform the way you should. This is a company that you will enjoy working for. I know I did!
Cons
For sales (all I can speak too): being able to grow your pay is tough. A true salesperson has a hunger to increase their take home pay every year. You will do that at Cranel, but it won't be much year over year. This is the only reason I left. I only left to pursuit more pay, outside of that I would have stayed there with no complaints.
