Great Company - Anonymous employee Cranemasters Employee Review

Starting from ownership all the way down, I have felt a sense of family and level of care for employees that is unmatched. My ideas have been heard and I have been allowed creativity. Most people that I work with have a good level of patience while I navigate being new in my role. There is a seriousness to job but then there are also times for fun and jokes which makes it a great balance for work.

There is higher than expected turn over. I think if people were able to communicate about their needs and/or issues with management they would look to find resolutions. Instead people tend to be too quick to let it all go.

Decent salary - used as leverage to own you.

Disorganized, emotional, directed by 'good ol' boys'. Racism and favoritism run rampant.
