      Pros

      Interned here twice because I liked it so much! Amazing, talented, smart and friendly group of people. Assigned projects are really interesting and get shipped to the final product, so you actually feel like you're making a difference. Pretty flat structure of leadership, you can chat with the founders at any point about ideas/issues/anything and they were always happy to accommodate. Also, awesome Christmas party if you're there in the winter!

      Pros

      Good management, will allow you work remotely if work allows. Great support system, people are willing to help if you need it. Learns from their mistakes

      Cons

      For performance reviews, you have 3 goals to work towards each year. Sort of expected to work towards them outside work (tied to the raises you get the next year).
