Since working with Crank, I’ve experienced such a positive culture and am impressed by management's commitment to making Crank a great place to work! This is such a refreshing change compared to other places I've worked.
o They actually have corporate values: confidence, creativity, empathy, humility and integrity and stand by them!
o The work environment is relaxed yet productive. You don’t feel micromanaged and instead feel self-directed and that your ideas are welcomed.
o Sense of humour: lots of that going around - you hear people laughing all day long while working.
