      Pros

      -The people on my team -The little great leadership there is wants to do the right thing but has their hands tied

      Cons

      -Weak HR, protecting the businesses interests rather than the employees -Will not offer advance training, or anything that costs the company money -CEO appears to maintain little to no interest in the company beyond maximising profit above employee wellbeing and investment -I felt there was no job security

      Great people to work with

      Cons

      Disorganized leadership, little to no investment into current employees, especially on the US side. It's been apparent which side of the company has been getting better treatment, and employees have noticed, as a great number of them have left the company
