      Great history of work and achievements to date. Could be a real powerhouse of a company. Learned a lot during my time.

      Cons

      Too set in their ways. Havent evolved or moved on with the times over the years. Absolutely zero culture or atmosphere. Have lost some good people because of this.

      Great ideas are championed, decades of experience in the team, great global network, amazing F500 client list. Family owned often a positive.

      Smaller than it was. Family owned can be a negative.
