      Some nice people but they come and go. High turnover of staff.

      Cons

      Serious micro management. Claim to have all partner relationships but outsource all their partners. Lots of double handling.

      Great ideas are championed, decades of experience in the team, great global network, amazing F500 client list. Family owned often a positive.
