      - good salary -The agency works with big regional clients and offers exposure to fast-paced projects. Some colleagues are genuinely talented and passionate about their craft.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the management culture is poor and lacks proper leadership and organization. Employees are often overworked with unrealistic deadlines and very little recognition or support. Communication from management is inconsistent, and decisions are frequently made last-minute, creating unnecessary stress and confusion. There’s minimal regard for work-life balance, and creative input is rarely valued
