The company is great to work for. They promote from within, which is great to see, friendly people, and leadership.

The only con is the lack of training for certain roles.

Company has plenty of room for growth and character development opportunities. Offers great benefits and flexible work schedules.

Management is a little strange. I made a few minor mistakes and instead of addressing them privately they were addressed publicly in a rude manner. Which left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I let it go twice but on the third time I started crying and then addressed it because I was finally over it. Instead of apologizing the behavior was dismissed and no solution was ever provided. We ended on mutual agreement that it wasn’t a good fit as a result.
