Lots of opportunity to take on new responsibility and learn new skills or technology. Really excellent culture amongst the engineers in most capabilities.
Cons
Routinely fails to live up to its own values at the core of the business. People and progression processes have been in development for years, causing great frustration. No longer able to support entry level employees with career progression.
