Pros
Fast-track to entering a career in software development with zero experience. The training is comprehensive and they get you working on client projects right away. Once you establish a relationship with a client they are likely to hire you. I started working with a ServiceNow partner within 6 months of training and it has been a great experience. Leadership is supportive and very well connected in the community. They help you find your niche in tech. Can't recommend this organization highly enough!
Cons
They don't offer healthcare yet but you can't really expect that with a paid apprenticeship. They are paying you to get trained!
