4. this is not a 9-5 job. Meetings can be as late as 9 or 10pm and as early as 7am. You are on-call 24/7...weekends, holidays, year round
5. extremely low pay. pay is dependent upon the number of clients you have week to week which varies if there is a holiday, school break, vacation etc.
